Interior design and restoration of a 60-seat French-inspired neo-bistro and wine bar within a heritage structure from the 1930s.  Carful preservation of original features, such as Matai floors, Kauri cladding, and exposed brickwork. Spatial layout  planned to include functional areas such as open kitchen, chef's bar, formal dining space, intimate nooks and a curated wine cellar.
