Heritage restoration of  a 1960’s seaside cottage in Karaka Bay. Revealed and restored matai flooring, woven veneer wall matting, rimu architraves  and joinery. Spatial layout sympathetically open planned for improved flow and light. Built in utilitarian plywood furniture sympathetic to the period of the structure and optimal for the purpose of a creative studio.
